we bought a roasted chicken from the Cresta on Sunday 22/3/2026. we got home warmed up it up and noticed the 'grey" rack like marks. cutting the chicken it had a smell. like marks on t . daughter took the chicken back on 23rd the store refused to take responsibility. their version is that they couldn't take it back because we had warmed it up. 1- who eats cold chicken? 2- are we not supposed to warm it. 3- who eats something that smells off. 4- are we not supposed to bring items back that we not happy with. my daughter who didn't argue with the manager @ the store. walked out of the store threw it away. the treatment she received at Cresta was very poor and i want the whole of S.A to know of this. who in this economy can afford to throw away food?
