Mouled gluten free bread

I once bought gluten free bread from Woolworths in Cresta nd it went off while in the fridge after a few days from purchasing it, this happened twice nd I had to throw the bread away. On the 2nd of November I purchased two loafs nd they had mould on it, I reported the matter to Woolworths last week Thursday nd they said someone will call me but no one has called me since then nd I've had to throw the bread away with no compensation or a solution. I have celiac disease nd I'm unemployed, this bread is expensive nd they don't seem to care about my frustrations
