Mouldy ****in

I recently purchased a pack of ****ins, and when I served it to my guest, they picked up that it was mouldy, so embarrassing. I reported it to the customer service line on 14th Jan 2025, they said it would be investigated and give me feedback. Nothing. I called them again on 22nd Jan, which they stated again they will get back to me, still no feedback Extremely dissatisfied with Woolworth.
