Mothers day disaster

Hi<br> <br> I would just like to express my dissatisfaction for the way your store handled the mothers day gift. First of all, I was informed that you are unable to deliver to Imbali only to find that you have contacted my mother to go collect her gift herself at Woolworths Pietermaritzburg (Liberty Mall) without informing me. To make matters worse, you did not provide her with the correct order - the flowers were **** and not the R350 flowers I ordered. Not only that, the difference between the **** flowers and the amount I paid for is almost R200, of which I am yet to receive correspondence about.<br> <br> This is completely unprofessional of Woolworths and I naturally expect correspondence as soon as possible.
