Most disgusting service ever

I called their call centre for help in retrieving a statement. I regret calling as the lady who picked up sounds 1. Drunk 2. Unwilling to help 3. arrogant and condescending. She was not even willing to answer my questions. which were so simple i.e. is the call recorded and if so, does it have a call ID? what i called for was never attended instead I'm asked question such as "what is your favourite colour?"......
