Mortifying experience

Manager at Woolworths Caf? at Brooklyn mall Pretoria humiliated and treated me with such condescension that not only I was embarrassed but my mom and sister who was with me as well. We did not even finish our coffee as all of us could not wait to leave.<br> <br> What happened- My 2 year old son was looking at the cakes and definitely wanted to touch but we immediately scolded & took him away. The manager came 10 minutes later to tell us he had to throw away the cake due to my DAUGHTER taking a piece of icing. no opportunity provided to explain what happened. I offered to pay but he said he does not want our money (?!?!) but I need to manage my children. By this time we had quite the audience. If my son touched the cake as was \seen"by customers and waitress why not cut the piece and bring it to me - I would gladly pay!! But instead he chose the route of humiliation and ensuring we got the message that we are not the kind of customers that Woolworths wants to serve.<br> <br> Well Woolworths"
