More worried about declining customers rather than checking products

I never thought that i will write this message about the poor quality food that woolworths has, this is unacceptable being a very proffessional food company. And alos this is my last time i buy from you guys becasue we buy every week for about R400 you can check our rewards card, and when i app**** for a store card you rejected me because of affordabilty, that BS, i was approved for a cell phone from mtn yesterday, Now For your poor products we bought apples last saturday the 26 May 2018, from woolworths richardsbay, Please see attached photo and you tell me whats wrong.
