Months ago I ordered a Woolworths Gift Card with R500 from the online shop

Months ago I ordered a Woolworths Gift Card with R500 from the online shop. When my mom tried to use the card it said that the card had R0 on it. That same day I emailed Woolworths online shop to report the issue. I’ve repeatedly emailed to complain and have been waiting 3 months for this dispute to be resolved.… I am more just highly disappointed that Woolworths - a company that has such high standards and is always striving for excellence - has dealt with this issue in such an embarrassing and unprofessional way. I would really appreciate if this issue was taken more seriously and that someone would actually follow up with this complaint and get it resolved!
