Monthly statements not received

<p>My account was settled by FNB to close the woolworths account on 26th or 29th. I've been asking wooloworths to send me statements for more than 3 months now, last statement that i have is dated 2016/09/11 with a balance of R5881.79. This month i didn't receive anything from them again, now FNB checked my balance via ITC then settled R5881.00 that they see. Called them yesterday to close my account , i was advised that i owe them. I called today sopke to Dominique who calculated why i owe more that what was payed, i then advised her that they didn't send me the statement for this month again and is month end my statement closed in 2016/10/11. I'm not willing to pay that amount it's my error it's woolworths error, cause they didn't advise me how much do i owe them. I won't be able to pay it they will have to write it off and close my account or else i will contact my lawyers regarding this.</p>
