Monthly account fee on fully settle account?

My account with Woolworths was fully settled last year, but they still charge me "Monthly Account Fee" for what? Do I have to close the account to stop this? Woolworths is is being unfair in this case especially for a fully paid account.

Failure to pay this monthly account fee on zero debt account negatively affects my credit score.

This is grossly unfair.
