Monthly account fee and all the other cost per month

This morning I have written an email to close my account. After more that 20 years of being a loyal client, I am done. Since last year you are charging more that R47.50 per month on my account for a monthly fee. You are very quick to call if a payment is late, but you have not called to say you are charging a monthly fee. Just to let you know, I have settled the outstanding balance on 24 March 2025. I will not pay a cent more on all the costs you have been charging on my account since then.
