Month awaited refund

I ordered on the woolworth dash app. My order did not arrive, the driver advised they tried contacting me but I didn’t not pick up. I never received a call. I requested for a refund. I was informed of the turnaround time of 7-10 after submitting my proof of a bank account. I have waited for this same turnaround time twice. The order was on 05/10/2023 and today it is 03/11/2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. On countless emails I was informed the matter had been escalated but nothing. So dio
