Month and still no order

I am very unhappy!! I place an order online - This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. With shame it is 3 weeks later and I have not gave him his birthday gift yet!! I placed the online order on the 21 November 2017.. Today is the 14 December 2017 and still no feedback. I spoke to a lady on Sunday and she did sent me an email on Sunday but after that nothing happened. I really can't believe the way you trade!! I made another complaint regarding bad service a while back - And till today nothing happened!!
