Money making scheme

Poor service if you ever want to have bad service have an account with them. I pay my account in full every month. December 2021 I paid my account early. Now according to them the account is in "arrears". How on earth can the account be in arrears and then I am charged twice the amount I am supposed to pay in Jan 2022. I refuse to pay these as the service is pathetic. I have sent how many emails WhatsApp and messenger messages. No hopes to rectify this. And no I don't want to speak to your call centre as they ate just as useless. Money making scheme this?????
