money just disapears into freash air with woolworths

I did a smallshop at HERM**** WOOLWORTHS BRANCH were i made a purchase with my standard card which came to R168.97 . when I checked the bank statement two amounts had come off one for R168.97 and a second for R169.87 at exactly the same time but with a RAND difference my statement says both paid but woolworths says they only received R168.97 . i spoke to woolworths about the problem and was told to wait to see if i did not get a reversal from the bank which i have not received can either Standard Bank or Woolworths please tell me were the second amount has GONE
