money debited without authority

On the 6/11/2015 I returned goods that I bought and requested that they credit the funds into my bank account, insteaded of the cashier crediting my account and debit went through. Its 10 days now my money is not yet credited even after I have reported this with the manager at the store on the 11/11/2015.
