Money debited but order never received. Do not shop at Woolworths online!

I placed an order for online delivery with Woolworths, my card was debited for the groceries but they never arrived. 8 called the call center and contacted them via social media and they have been of no help. I chose and paid for a delivery slot which was Sunday, 12th of July. Nothing arrived and we when I look on the app it says the order is a past order. I've not received a thing yet Woolworths has debited my card for the groceries. This has been the worst online order service I have ever had. They also have no concern for customers. Do not order via Woolworths online! Its the worst, most inconvenient thing ever.
