My mom went for shopping at Woolies River store in Vanderbijlpark on Sunday and she lost her cellphone on the tills. She says its when she was taking out her wallet she put it on the counter and she left after paying hardly after 2 minutes she went to the counter and her phone was nowhere to be found. she asked for the assistance with the cameral but only one angle of the camera was shown and she says the manager was very rude. She logged calls and send emails to customer services with no success. Therefore, be careful when shopping on woolies make sure you don't leave/forget your belongings on the counter, the world class shopping experience is no more.
