Misunderstanding

Today when I went shopping at Woolworths in Matlosana Mall (Klerksdorp), I had a very bad experience. Soon after I had paid for all my items, I was followed by 3 security guards and some woman and I had been asked to follow them to their offices at the back. There I had been accused of *****ing. The lady said I should take out what I had ******, I was puzzled and didn't understand what she was talking about. I was then showed a CCTV footage of myself in the lingerie section, putting my flask into a plastic bag (from Legit) and not a Woolworths' item. I was really angry because I had been escorted as if I was a ******** and brought into the offices for their lack of clarity. They didn't even look closely at the footage, they probably watched it once and soon concluded that I had ****** from their store. I am a very loyal customer of Woolworths but if this is how they treat their customers and handle situations, then I don't want to buy from the store ever again. I mean I was embarrassed in front of other customers for something so stupid, simply because they reacted impulsively without first obtaining clarity. Other customers will probably not want to shop there again because they witnessed how poorly Woolworths dealt with this incident. I'm honestly disappointed and extremely angry. I hope they learn how to properly deal with such matters in future.
