MISSING / UNDELIVERED PAID SHOPPING GIFT CARD

A GIFT CARD was purchased for me on 15 May 2020 at Glenvista Shopping Center, by a friend. She was told it will be couriered down to Woolworths Waterfront, Bloemfontein and I will be contacted (Full Contact Details Provided). I haven't heard anything from Wollworths for over a week now. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY GIFT CARD?????
