Missing shoes

Wooohoooo Woolworths menlyn..... the service😪😪 so I've laybyed for my lil one, I'm here to collect and guess what there shoes which were part of the laybye are missing..... there is no explanation as to what might have happened the supervisor says he doesn't know and the only thing I can do is get refund or choose something of a similar price.... like 🙄🙄 ka njani, they just said we should wait for the manger I've been waiting since 17h31 this is very disappointing didn't expect this from woolies
