Missing payment since 17th Nov!!

<p>I have sent proof of payment 5 times to various email addresses, spoken to at least 5WW call centre agents who assure me something will be done within 48 hours. I paid an amount of R2500 on 17th Nov. Noticed at month end it was not showing on statement since the 30th Nov I have phoned, emailed, shouted, screamed to no avail and now got charged interest too. What a cheek since they cannot do their jobs properly I have provided bank statements, proof of payment etc etc etc - talk about incompetence and wasting nearly 15 minutes on every phone call - clearly WW cant reconcile accounts or is it a missing pot of money????</p>
