Missing items in delivery and No refund given

Shocking service by your company. For my order o***, firstly, the driver forgot the entire first half of the order, then he came back later in the day with MORE missing items.

I have since requested a refund and it's been almost 3 weeks without anything. Then you have the cheek to still tell me you want to deliver the missing items and the driver STILL never arrived!! I have sent an email with the missing items and I expect a refund ASAP.
