Missing items

I ordered groceries for collection and got home and realized 9 items were not there. Called the helpline twice and was told the store will get in touch with me about when I should collect the items. I had to make 2 more calls to the helpline only to be told my items have been packed since 10am this morning. Mind you, some of the items are freshly baked food. So now at 3pm,we will go collect. What a difference Woolies...
