Missing item missing money

I ordered Woolworths Dash on Sunday 22 May, I was a item short in my order to the value of R50

Firstly I wasn’t informed they out of stock and this was such an inconvenience because it was part of a lunch secondly up until I didn’t get my refund or no where nee. Notified how my refund will be done.
