Mismanagement of Recycling Station

I was very disappointed to learn that the battery & light bulb recycling station at the Stellenbosch Square Woolworths was not being used properly. Upon investigation of the contents of the recycling facility, I found coffee cups and tissues placed into the light bulb & battery recycling station. I went out of my way to recycle my used batteries and was met with a recycling station that was not managed. I don't believe that this fits the ethos of Woolworths and would really want to see an improvement which I believe Woolworths would want to make.
