Misleading Woolies

I bought Leg of lamb on Sunday at promo price. Now I'm told by Keanu that there is only stock NEXT week. I tell him its OK I don't mind waiting. He then tells me they have a holding policy of 2 days. And after that we must order again. BUT then I WON'T get it on promo. PLZ explain how does this work as I paid already money was deducted. He then says it was not deducted it was in reserve. I have evidence telling me it was DEDUCTED! I bought the leg of lamb within promotion. Are you now WITHHOLDING stock. After I said I'm willing to wait. Monies however haven't even been replaced. I want the Legos Lamb
