Misleading promotional advertising sms

I received a marketing SMS stating that if I buy 2 Lancome products, I will receive the free gift on offer at the Lancome cosmetic counter. I went to Woolworths Cresta, to make the purchase and get my promotion. At first the consultant said I could receive my promotional gift, but then disappeared to go ask someone else about the promotion. After wasting my time leaving me standing there, Someone else comes and tell me I can't get the gift with me buying my cleanser and mascara. No where on any advertising is stated what was supposed to be bought in order to qualify for the promotion and even your staff is confused. I don't need my time wasted by misleading advertising campaigns from Woolworths.
