Misleading online advertising!

Woolworths sends emails advertising their online wine sales and the WCellar, but this never lives up to expectations as advertised in the online shopping brochure. I ordered 52 bottles of wine for a function and Woolworths only delivered 17 bottles. No explanation, until I called the Customer Care number. Still no acceptable explanation - just that they are out of stock. She said the Blue Route Store Manager would phone me - I am still waiting - no phone call and no email. Why then do they advertise - it is totally misleading. Do NOT use their online wine sales as they are normally OUT of stock. This has happened to me quite a few times. Rather use Checkers!
