Misleading information!!!!

Subsequent from the exceptional service from Woolworths the Glen from Queen, I first phoned customer services in Cape town to confirm the product I was looking for, their system confirmed they have 5 Items in Sandton, drove back and forth, only to find there was nothing in the stores.... Later to be told if the item was on sale,it doesn't register in their system..... Still awaiting the manager Akhona to call me..... Disappointed!!
