Misleading and **********

Today's sms from Woolworths states "25% off ALL fashion and swimwear when paying with your WW card", caps lock is theirs. But a cardigan is apparently not fashion, and the Witchery range does not fall under "ALL fashion". So my day was wasted browsing for exactly the right items, neither of which fall under ALL fashion. Their indifferent response to my complaint directed me to their Term & Conditions, so clearly their "ALL fashion.." is ********** solicitation aimed at getting the customer into the shop. Seriously unimpressed. I really expect more from the chain that receives several thousand of my rands every month.
