Misleading and bait advertising

CPA violation - misleading advertising and bait marketing. We went shopping to Woodlands Woolworths food today. The shelves at the wine Department advertised ‘take 2 for R239.99’ above the Woolworths MCC. We thought it meant 2 bottles of MCC for that price. At the cashier the ‘special’ did not go through and I enquired why? Took ages for cashier to return telling us that the special was actually for MCC and chocolate brownies but that the brownies were in any case out of stock. I asked to speak to the manager but she never pitched so we left. Be careful I wonder how many customers were also misled in this way.
