MISLEAD BY WOOLWORTHS

For the first time i used WW online. I purchased a 30ml tube of their foundation. It arrived in a box big enough for 5 jumpers. So much packaging. I emailed shop on line and attached the photos of the box , packaging and product. NO response. I emailed again and cc in Customer service. No response. I called and spoke to a lady who said it would be escalated. Never heard back. I went into Long beach store. Spoke to the manageress. She said i would be called. I was . Told her the story. She could see my email and pic. She would come back to me. Nothing. I called again. Same story. WW is a brand that takes pride in marketing itself as "environmentally aware, no more plastic etc " . This is clearly not true. And as for their customer service , its non existent in instances like this. i am absolutely disappointed on every level. Like lots of people i trusted them , bought into their philosophy. Now I'm wondering is their makeup really beauty without cruelty??
