Milk or no milk still no refund!

Milk milk milk..... Woolworths you have a huge online sale....us customers buy... You take our money with ease. 2 daysater you call me to say you out of stock? For such a fancy store your systems could sure use an upgrade which won't allow clients to puchase stock that is not available.

Secondly... You tell us the money will be given back with 3 to 5 days.... We sitting on maybe the 10th day and nothing from you. Why haven't we gotten calls to ask for our details?

Sort this out!!!! I am not impressed with the extreme lack in your service.
