MIKAYLA RUDE & *********** CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!

I am disgustingly appalled by the all around service I've received from Woolworths in the past 3 days

I made an order for the milk special 3 days ago, it was obviously a **** disguised as a marketing strategy from these lowlives

I called the online customer service department and was assisted by the rudest most *********** female ever! Her name is Mikayla and apart from dropping the phone in my ear (unprovoked) she also went ahead to ask me multiple rude and off topic questions, she also sounded like she had just woken up

I am now forced to wait for my refund for 2 weeks whereas woolworths was at fault not me!

Woolworths has officially dropped to the level of shoprite and has lost a customer!
