Mens clothing: No stock, pathetic cervice, and shocking quality

Every year I purchase a set of 4 formal trousers to replace my work wardrobe. 2018 I head to Woolworths La Lucia Mall, to be told that mens formal wear is no longer stocked there, and I must go to the Gateway branch. Get there to find that there is no extra length David Jones slim-fit in my size and cannot find anyone to assist me in finding out when stock will be available. I purchase elsewhere. 2019 I go to Gateway, and again no stock of the extra length. 34 extra length is not an uncommon size by any means. Someone manages to source stock at a Gauteng branch, and promises to call when they arrive - promised to be about 3 weeks. No call after 4 weeks, so I go back to Gateway. No record of the stock transfer and no stock on the rack still. They find 3 pairs in stock at warehouse and promise to get them in to stock and contact me. I am contacted 2 days later and go back. Only 1 pair has arrived from warehouse, (no more in stock), but I find another pair on the rack. I buy the 2 pairs, and enquire whether any Durban branch is showing stock. I am told that Pavillion has stock. I drive there only to find no stock available. 1 month later, after 5 wears and 5 washes, and the zip is broken and the hem has come undone on one of the trouser legs (secured by 2 stitches) on one pair of trousers. I haven't kept my slip, so pointless going back to Woolworths. I will NEVER buy clothes again from Woolworths and, through this experience, am encouraging my wife to buy groceries from anywhere else but Woolworth's.
