melrose arc

I went to woolworths melrose arch with my friend we went in obviously the shop was still opened we took a pair of sleepers and food, then we went to the till to pay but there was no one, the other lady said we must try upstairs as we going up 2 pay all cashiers we russhing down not giving us attention, the we saw this guy nd told him we want 2 pay he says the shop is closed, the I asked how does the shop close while theres customers inside?they said thats the rules, then they said the till is already closed we have to leave. Then they let us go without the item, I was crossed that we came in while the shop was opened but they cant let us pay because the shop is closed,
