Mduduzi Maluleke Woolworths mall of Africa

I would like to complain about poor customer service received from Mduduzi Maluleke store manager at Woolworths mall of Africa regarding kiddies under wear. They failed to change kiddies underwear due to hygiene issues. He is referring to the terms and conditions written on the receipt whereas the person whom I paid to did not disclose that information to me. Only now when I came to exchange they are making me aware. Why was I not informed of that prior to me making payments. I need them exchanged , they don't know customer service period.
