MBD Bad agent! Woolworth take care of your retail affairs

I have had an account with woolworths which was handed over to MBD who is the rudest ever collection agents. This account i was making all means to settle after i have not been receiving any statements.

I have been making payments. Its a mere R2000. I made payments for via DO to MBD consecutive months. No communication no statement. The last time they sent a statement it seemed as if i werent making payments at all.

From there i decided i no longer going to pay via MBD at all. I have emailed and adviced woolworths on this!! Can woolworth attend to my details update form that i sent and stop sending me back and forth!!
