MBD and Woolworths

MBD is currently handling my woolworths credit card account yet they are refusing to respond to any email despite me making the payment required and no one is able to provide any information regarding my account because according to woolworths they are unable to view the account details. I've been waiting for over a month now and my payment hasn't reflected on my app as yet
