Marvelous after sales service at Woolies

Just popped into my Norwood branch to return a product that my pets would not touch, and they were the friendliest, most efficient bunch. They agreed to swop out for another product my dogs will hopefully enjoy. So good service, smiles, and customer happiness. Shows why shopping at Woolies is better than other Retail stores, whose return policies will make your hair fall out from stress or old age :-)
