Managers bad attitude does not know the promotion

On the 26th of October 2015, after completing my shopping Ive noticed that the special from Salmon ( less R30) was not deducted. I went to the manager David Jardine and addressed the issue.He started lying by saying it is already off, which is not true: I am buying salmon at Wollies and its price range is R75.Then he started to calculate, which took really long, just wonder if he has matric.He **** me feel as if I am bagging for the price off, it was humiliating. It was not the first time that things like that happen: either the price difference is not deducted or extra items that I have purchased appear on the bill.Once the cassier did not put the clothes item on the bill, so I brought the clothes back: it was for R2000.I am spending over R10.000 and have VIP status and that's the service I am getting? That is unacceptable.
