Manager who thinks she can treat junior staff like ****

I am deeply disturbed by the way the manager by the name of Desiree at woolworths bloemfontein treats her junior staff in front of clients. She even poach clients when the staff member that she hates is on leave or at lunch so that that particular staff does not reach target at the end of the month and she will tell the staff member that she must go for review. This incident happened 2 weeks ago and other staff members were so amazed to what Desiree was doing and they informed their colleaque. She is forever on this person's case. I hope Woolworths send this girl for training if they still want to keep her as a manager. People are at work for productivity not for friendship. When you are employed atwoolies co workers will tell you that if you want to work nice you must be a friend to Desiree otherwise she will make your life a living hell like she is doing now. She even bad mouth this staff member to Nettie/Netty and that Nettie told the poor girl a bit of her mind and said she must give back the uniform and leave her job, and said she has given Desiree the go ahead to fire her anytime she want to. She was on duty on Sunday and off on Monday and desiree did not tell her that she is going on training on Tuesday. She was told at past six monday evening that the bus will at eight TUESDAY MORNING.. mind the lady has a five year old child that she must arrange where to leave. This is shear INCOMPETENCE for something called a manager for a big company such as WOOLWORTHS. Desiree is old and uneducated now the young and educated are a threat to her so she use power to protect her low self esteem. I hope Woolworths do something to stop this tyranny cause I am tired to see my child crying everyday. She is afraid she will be fired if she report to head office
