Manager shouting at the employee in the floor

Yesterday afternoon around about 18:30 to 19:00, we were at the cafe to enjoy our coffee as usual. A guy whom i will assume he was a supervisor or a manager shouted a Barista female (colored) and she ended up crying in the floor and in front of everyone. Im sure that was not the first time that has happened cause you could see that everyone was afraid and no one said anything. If such incident happened again i will personally help that poor girl to lunched a formal complaint and i will be her representative. That was very bad and not only me, few customers did not like it and we even talked about it after it has happened.
