Manager should not play a waiter

<p>Wanted to treat my family for a lovely breakfast at Woolworths cafe Parkview. The cafe was very busy and when we finally got a seat the manager took our order. The cuppuccino took 18 min and then he took our food order. We were 3 seated and he did not write down what I ordered. So the food came and my child had no food. He apologized and said it would take 20min to get her order. So I opted to give my food to my child and not wait any longer. He didn't come around to ask if we needed anything else. So we asked for the bill and paid even though we would have loved another cuppuccino. That manager should not play waiter if he can't handle the job. I am super disappointed in the way we got treated.</p>
