Manager said I am not allowed to walk around the stall and I can’t speak to other customers while walking around

I am concerned with your stall in Sandton. I was told by the manager Morris that a customer is not allowed to walk around the stall browsing while waiting for his wife. Plus not allowed to speak to other customers who are shopping in the stall.

I don’t know if this is a rule in Woolworths that I am unaware of. I and my family have been shopping here for over 10 years and this is the first time I am told this. Please can you forward me details of this rule.

This is very upsetting as I have been a loyal customer of Woolworths for a very long time. I don’t appreciate being treated like a ********.
