Manager giving bad attitude

Today I went into the store for a return where I was greeted by a friendly Palesa at the customer service counter. I produced my slip as per their return policy but didn't have my card to show that I used a debit card so that I could get cash. Palesa referred my matter to Cindy whom I suspect is the supervisor and Cindy explained that they needed the card which is didn't bring at that time. I then realised that Palesa had already written 'RF' on the slip meaning that I had already been refunded. I explained my discomfort in taking that slip as it would seem that I had been given the money back. I then came up with a solution of having my husband send me a pic of the card and suggested to the ladies we refer to higher authority. It was at that point that the manager by the name of Tshidi came to the counter without greeting or acknowledging me, instead she stood and listened to the conversation and she then said \hay mina ngiya e toilet"I was SHOCKED"
