Manager couldn't make a R1 decision for a R125 purchase!

The manager at Rivonia Village Woolworths Food could not make a R1 decision. I had picked up the value pack X 4 veggies for R125 for assorted veggies which included tomatoes. Upon getting to till operator Tlou, I was advised that the tomatoes for R39 that I had selected were not part of the value deal and I needed to get the pack for R38. Unfortunately the R38 tomatoes had run out. I offered to pay the difference for of R1 to get the value pack. The manager Philie declined this and suggested that I leave the value pack of R125 as she couldn't authorize the R1 difference!
