Management show no respect towards other cultures

Why is it that woolworths foods in Parklands cape town don't allow there Muslim staff member to break there fast even if it's a 10 minutes of there lunch or tea break.Staff shortages is used as an excuse.The whole day we sacrifice from 6 in the morning till 6 in the evening.I know it's not there problem but don't they know what diversity means.Ramadan comes once a year.Can't wait to see if a leave day can be taken for our religious Christmas.We don't wanna be treated different and we don't need special attention but open your heart to other religions we are one nation
