Management is not client focussed

I have been in the Somerset Mall store for more than an hour trying to resolve an oustanding complaint since 2021.

After 30 minutes Woolworths drops the call. Another half hour later still no return call and the agent is not answering their phone.

The branch manager at Somerset Mall will not speak with me and says to "write an email".

Rediculous, pathetic.

The young lady, Zandi, at the finance counter has been superbly helpful. Her management and the support structures are failing her and the clients.
